Reinaldo, Julia and the entire team at Bentley hotel did an amazing job with excellent top notch customer service and friendliness! Getting our bikes ready everyday, attending the reception, keeping the pool nice with towels, drinks, music and all needed. We loved our vacation time there and totally recommend it :) thank you all so much!

The Bentley hotel gave me a memorable experience.Alexis, the manager ensured everything was impeccable and was very attentive to any detail. At the Front Desk,Mariano was extremely friendly, always with a smile and ready to help. We recently stayed at the Bentley Hotel with my family and had a fantastic experience. The beach is just across the road, and the hotel provides beach towels, chairs, and even sand toys for the kids.. Complimentary breakfast is served daily, simple, but with everything you need to start the day. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always looking after their guests with care and professionalism. There’s rooftop yoga available twice a week, a lovely Prosecco hour on the rooftop, and a small swimming pool with beautiful views. Guests also have the option to use bicycles, which is perfect for exploring the area. Our room was very clean and included a small kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and cutlery, very convenient when travelling with family. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s within walking distance to the marina. If you enjoy staying active, you’ll love the two outdoor gyms, volleyball and tennis courts, and fantastic running paths along the beach. Great location....nice people....clean rooms

Absolutely fantastic hotel situated in a great location opposite the Miami sign on Ocean Drive. The room was fabulous with large balcony. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They brought us an extra chair for the balcony and even offered to bring an ice bucket for our drinks. They also stored all our luggage aftter check out. As an Expedia VIP guest I also got free valet parking (worth $50). The free continental breakfast was simple but tasty. But ehat was wonderful was the complimentary bike rental and free champagne reception on the roof. And even though we checked out at 11am, we were still allowed to use the full facilities until we left at 7.30pm. A truly wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it!
